Christmas update
I thought I would update, I came across some pics of me before and now.. I look at the older one and can't believe it's me.. I'm very pleased at how far I have came, still have a bit to go x

Measurement update.
I was measured today so i am happy with my progress so far.
Starting measurements 30th September Loss
Waist 46 inch 35 11
Bust 42 35 1/2 6 1/2
Legs 23 18 1/2 4 1/2
Arms 16 11 5
Hips 52 1/2 41 11 1/5
Which is a total of 38 and a half inches all over.

Still trying really hard and still watching what i eat. I have also started a kettlebell class to tone me up, its hard but really rewarding.

Update
Hi I am still continuing with my weight loss and get weighed again on Thursday. I have been diagnosed with a underactive thyroid and been started on levothyroxine tablets for it, but i have really lost my appetite and am having to remind myself to eat. I am hopeful this will pass as its not a nice feeling.

Weigh in Day
I was at the nurse this morning to get weighed, i managed to loose 5 pounds this fortnight which im delighted with. I have managed to get to the 4 stone mark and a wee bit so i am very happy. Its been all worth it.

Weigh in day
This morning i went to the nurse to get weighed, i have lost 2 and a half pounds so i am really pleased. I was hoping for 3 as that would make a round 4 stones i would have lost but still happy with the loss.

Quick update
I have had quite a good week food wise this week, i have been out cycling most days and I'm just getting ready for the zumba tonight, its brilliant exercise. I get weighed on Thursday morning, i go to the nurse every 2 weeks so I'm hopeful i have lost.
I met someone i have not seen for a while in the shop today and she commented how well i looked and how much weight i had lost, it made me feel really proud of what i have achieved in a relatively short time.
I also find logging everything i eat or drink helps me so i joined my fitness pal and it allows me to track my progress and log my food and drink and it lets me know how many calories i have left for the day.

Hello and Welcome
Hi Everyone, not sure if anyone will want to read about this, but, for the last 5 months i have been trying really hard to get fit and loose weight. I have managed to loose 3 st 11 lb so far, i have taken up zumba and last week my lovely husband bought me a bike so i can keep fit with cycling.
At first i never measured my self but on the 20th march i took the plunge and did it:
20th March 17th July Total loss so far
My waist 46in 37 8 1/2in
My bust 42 in 36 6in
Arm 16in 12 4in
Leg 23 in 19 4in
Hips 52 1/2in 45 7 1/2in
