Weigh in day

This morning i went to the nurse to get weighed, i have lost 2 and a half pounds so i am really pleased. I was hoping for 3 as that would make a round 4 stones i would have lost but still happy with the loss.

Quick update

I have had quite a good week food wise this week, i have been out cycling most days and I'm just getting ready for the zumba tonight, its brilliant exercise. I get weighed on Thursday morning, i go to the nurse every 2 weeks so I'm hopeful i have lost. 
I met someone i have not seen for a while in the shop today and she commented how well i looked and how much weight i had lost, it made me feel really proud of what i have achieved in a relatively short time. 
I also find logging everything i eat or drink helps me so i joined my fitness pal and it allows me to track my progress and log my food and drink and it lets me know how many calories i have left for the day.

Hello and Welcome

Hi Everyone, not sure if anyone will want to read about this, but, for the last 5 months i have been trying really hard to get fit and loose weight. I have managed to loose 3 st 11 lb so far, i have taken up zumba and last week my lovely husband bought me a bike so i can keep fit with cycling.
At first i never measured my self but on the 20th march i took the plunge and did it:
