My week

On Thursday I got weighed and had lost 3 pounds, which I am pleased with.. I have been doing kettlebells on a Monday and Tuesday which is really hard but I feel you get good results. I have been going to the gym too, I am really trying to build up my running skills, it is going ok although a little slow.
I have been having a good week this week eating wise, I've not been so hungry this week. I have started cooking all my meals once a week and freezing them, this helps me stay on the straight and narrow.

Gym!

Well tomorrow, i am going for my gym induction. I have had a membership for a few months now, but, only using it for my fitness classes. So i am going to go and try it out. I still really enjoy the classes i go to but im trying to tone up as well, so maybe the gym will work for me.. i can only but try.

Im still feeling a little hungry, but i am really hoping that when the kids go to school tomorrow i will get in to some sort of routine and the hunger will lift.

Christmas and new year is over!

I'm glad to say the holidays are over. I feel I have been over eating a bit, so the last few days I've been feeling hungrier than usual, I think it's because I've been over indulging a little. Lots of water and keeping busy seems to be doing the trick!

Measurement update.

I was measured today so i am happy with my progress so far.

Which is a total of 38 and a half inches all over.

Still trying really hard  and still watching  what i eat. I have also started a kettlebell class to tone me up, its hard but really rewarding.

Update

 

Hi I am still continuing with my weight loss and get weighed again on Thursday. I have been diagnosed with a underactive thyroid and been started on levothyroxine tablets for it, but i have really lost my appetite and am having to remind myself to eat. I am hopeful this will pass as its not a nice feeling.
