Quick update

I have had quite a good week food wise this week, i have been out cycling most days and I'm just getting ready for the zumba tonight, its brilliant exercise. I get weighed on Thursday morning, i go to the nurse every 2 weeks so I'm hopeful i have lost. 
I met someone i have not seen for a while in the shop today and she commented how well i looked and how much weight i had lost, it made me feel really proud of what i have achieved in a relatively short time. 
I also find logging everything i eat or drink helps me so i joined my fitness pal and it allows me to track my progress and log my food and drink and it lets me know how many calories i have left for the day.
