Hello and Welcome
Hi Everyone, not sure if anyone will want to read about this, but, for the last 5 months i have been trying really hard to get fit and loose weight. I have managed to loose 3 st 11 lb so far, i have taken up zumba and last week my lovely husband bought me a bike so i can keep fit with cycling.
At first i never measured my self but on the 20th march i took the plunge and did it:
20th March 17th July Total loss so far
My waist 46in 37 8 1/2in
My bust 42 in 36 6in
Arm 16in 12 4in
Leg 23 in 19 4in
Hips 52 1/2in 45 7 1/2in
