My week

On Thursday I got weighed and had lost 3 pounds, which I am pleased with.. I have been doing kettlebells on a Monday and Tuesday which is really hard but I feel you get good results. I have been going to the gym too, I am really trying to build up my running skills, it is going ok although a little slow.
I have been having a good week this week eating wise, I've not been so hungry this week. I have started cooking all my meals once a week and freezing them, this helps me stay on the straight and narrow.
